Q: Where is the closest place to park?

A: The closest place to park is under the Future Shop on the corner of Granville and Robson. You get to it via the lane in behind the building. There is a large P sign to indicate where the parkade is located.


Q: What is your turn around time?

A: Computer engraving - allow 3 business days depending on the order size.
25% rush charges on orders less than 3 business days.
Rush orders by request only.

Glass engraving - allow 4 business days

Hand engraving - allow 4 business days.
Rush orders upon request with a 25% rush charge.


Q: Do you do all of your engraving on site?

A: Yes.


Q: Is your shop at street level?

A: No, it is up on the 8th Floor in the Vancouver Block Building located near the corner of Granville St. and Georgia St. next to the London Drugs on the corner. It is the building with the clock on the top.
