Q: Can you do family crests?

A: Yes we can.


Q: Why choose hand engraving over machine engraving?

A: Hand engraving goes much deeper and can be more intricate than machine. Hand engraving lasts a lifetime and beyond. Hand engraving adds a lot of character to special pieces. It really is a beautiful art.


Q: What is the wait time for hand engraving?

A: Generally we require on week, however, with an additional rush charge of 25% we may be able to accommodate a 2 day turn around depending on our current volume of business


Q: CWhat items do you especially recommend for hand engraving?

A: Signet rings, outside of bands, inside of bracelets, large items such as bells, irregular shaped objects and very small items. Hand engraving is also recommended on gold and sterling silver objects that have unique designs and/or lettering. Japanese and Chinese lettering looks especially great hand engraved.
